Very knowledgeable staff walked me through the menu, which had many more gluten free options than I initially thought. They use a fresh pan etc to ensure celiac items are as safe as possible.

I got the shrimp and grits + a macchiato and both were delicious. Great spot for an occasion brunch

They have specific gluten free items and are very helpful when ordering. We didn't get anything special or heavy as we were going on a long hike. We just ordered a couple scrambled eggs and bacon. Next I'll try one of their gluten free dishes.
