Review of Cafe NOMA

The chef informed me that many of the items are cooked/baked offsite and packaged together, so items marked gluten free may be cross-contaminated, so I didn't risk any of the baked goods and most of the menu was not celiac safe. The fryer on site is also shared. I appreciated the chef’s knowledge, but it was a little disappointing to hear! The salad I ended up getting was very good though.
