Disclaimer *this is a very expensive option* but the staff was some of the most knowledgeable and accommodating I’ve encountered, including being aware of cross-contamination beyond the ingredients in the dish itself. Several options on the menu either are already gluten free or can be easily made gluten free. Everything is delicious.
I had the burrata salad, filet mignon, and creme brûlée. One of the best meals I’ve had, including before celiac. I’m very sensitive to cross-contamination and a couple crumbs can have me symptomatic within a few hours. I’ve had no issues and would feel completely safe returning.
