Review of Cafe Pasqual's

Santa Fe’s singularly best restaurant for dinner, and the breakfast, brunch and lunch are great, too. The staff is very gluten aware, and while there are many gluten free dishes, they will guide you on items containing gluten that can be ordered prepared gluten free.

The menu is pretty much gluten free, but advising your waiter will ensure your safety.
