Review of Cafe Pasqual's

The waitress was very experienced with special diets and so careful with order. I am gluten, dairy, corn and soy free. The waitress knew the ingredients in the dishes and suggested substitutes. I had plaintain chips with a custom-order guacamole. Then a delightful salmon with cilantro sauce and veggies. I loved my meal. I'd highly recommend for anyone but especially for those on a special diet.
