Delicious and accomidated our picky gluten free eater. Gluten free buns too. She was so excited they had fries that are baked. The flavors are amazing. Everyone found something good to eat.

Delicious salads, staff knows what celiac is and confirmed the gluten free foods for me! Would come here once a week if I lived here!!

Great menu with friendly/knowledgeable staff. They were able to accommodate my big family of 10 for lunch with no problem. Everyone was happy with their meals, including my very picky 16 year old celiac daughter. I would definitely come back again.

Amazing GF bread for the sandwich. Didn’t taste like GF at all! Meat is delicious. I got the Philadelphia pave and instead of tomatoes I got the sweet red peppers, and this is the best sandwich I’ve had since I could eat gluten!

The place is not 100% gluten free but the owner is very knowledgeable in gf. He explained what is safe and what is questionable. We decided to go with a salad and it was very good. They have a separate area for salads to avoid cross contamination. All the dressings are homemade and gf. Very convenient location and good service

Awesome sandwich. GF Bread was surprisingly delicious, was not dry or crumbly, served warm was moist. They have a separate gluten free menu, delicious and reasonable! Perfect lunch stop for us!

Owner was amazing! He talked me through the gluten free menu, made me pesto without cheese (as I have a dairy allergy as well) and proceeded to give suggestions of other Celiac friendly places to eat. The gluten free bun as the best I have ever had and the chicken sandwich was delicious!

Had a separate GF menu. Menu says to mention if you have a food allergy to gluten. Three in our party had different GF salads which were fresh and good. Owner waited on us and seemed glad that we found them for their dedicated menu.

They have a separate menu. Once I mentioned we also have a dairy allergy they pointed out which options would work and taste best. My son had pulled pork and I had the salad with eggs and potato salad. The service was quick. No stomach issues at all!!!!! They prepare separately.

This was possibly the best gluten-free sandwich I've ever had. There is a special GF menu that has lots of great options, and the staff are incredibly knowledgeable about GF needs. Being a celiac, it was very reassuring that they take extra care to ensure no cross contamination. The cafe itself is lovely, it's modern, clean and has preserved the charm of old Montreal. Very friendly service too.
