Went in to get a pastry to go, but the only thing in the case that was gf was an oatmeal cookie (can’t have oats). Didn’t have time to wait for an order. Bummed that it’s so hard to find east gf items to go. Mostly vegan only.

— Not Much/None

Have been told by staff that the only celiac safe dish is the BOGF... Which is yummy but would be great to have at least a couple of other options... And that the waffles are gf but upon order reheated on the same surface as gluten containing items. Sweet staff but wish more effort was put into ensuring that items marked gf on the menu were ACTUALLY gf by chef/cooks.

Great little place! The GF and Vegan tomato soup was presented beautifully and had great flavor! The BOGF bowl was perfect as well, Vegan and GF.

I asked about cross contamination and the server told me they make a note to let the chefs know to cook on separate surfaces. I only got a chia seed pudding and coffee but they seemed knowledgeable.

Tons of Gf options, but I would probably triple check the process before ordering something like a waffle. Salads and whatnot are probably fine though!

I chose not to eat here. When we got there I asked about the cross contamination risks and she responded everything is cooked on the same surface and that they won't clean the surface before cooking anything gluten free. So they may have a long list of gluten free items, but not safe for celiac.

Love this place! Can sub GF for just about anything and lots are GF on their own. A good healthy meal in a relaxed setting.

Always have many GF options. Local, fresh food in an informal setting.
