Cafe Prima Pasta

I ate here based on reviews from this site. The staff said yes they do gf but when I asked if they cook the gf pasta in the same water as other pasta they said yes. I had already sat down with my family and so I asked if they could please make my gf pasta in separate water. Also, they said all the sauces are thickened with flour but they wouldn’t use flour in mine. I made it clear I was very sensitive and get sick easily. Well it’s now an hour after eating and I’m definitely sick. I would not recommend this restaurant for celiac or highly sensitive people. I felt a bit off halfway into eating my meal. The pasta seemed fine but the sauce used on my chicken or the mushrooms who knows. I don’t feel they were very careful based on how they reacted to my requests and how I feel is the main thing.

My celiac granddaughter eats very safely here they are excellent in understanding, I always speak to Fabio the manager to make sure he explains to the waiters, always consistent

They have gluten free pasta and make various dishes gluten free. I got chicken parmesan grilled. It was great. Staff was knowledgeable and accommodating.

Phenomenal gluten free pasta. Several sauce selections. Gluten free pasta boiled in fresh water... Do ask to make certain of this, as I always ask about the water.

Meatballs and salad also gluten free. Absolutely delicious.

I been for dinner Days ago and I asked to our waitress about gluten free, she was a little confused about, and i was mad because if you are in this app is because you make gluten free food, NO ONLY FOR COMMERCIAL!!!!!! I disappointed because I didn’t eat anything because i was scared about the contamination of food!!!!!

This is a delicious restaurant and you can sub in GF pasta for any options. I did not get to ask about the rolls (mama always said don’t fill up on bread!), there are tons of GF options and they are accommodating.
