The food at Cafe ProFusion is very good. It was so nice to go out to eat and not have to worry about my kids or I becoming sick.
A truly wonderful safe gluten free experience. Husband is celiac. It's a cozy place run by friendly folks. Prepare that you might share a table with someone else, which adds to the homey experience. We had 2 different curries, salads, and the maple star anise mousse and enjoyed it all. So warming after a day outdoors. I think we'll be returning tonight! Want to try the garbanzo stew with naanish, the mango sorbet, ribs too?
Lemon grass soup here is my favorite! Only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is because one time I got the soup it wasn't as warm/hot as it's supposed to be, but I'm guessing it's because it was really busy. Of course I keep getting it everytime I get a chance and it's never been a problem. Great atmosphere and very nice staff as well! I am excited to come back and try something new!
Just LOVE this place! perfect for us with gluten issues and the food is consistently outstanding. Witty and intelligent who are excellent at helping you feel you are a special regular. My husband is dairy sensitive too so the menu works great for him as well. He's addicted to the duck!
The food here is so delicious. The portion sizes are on the small side but you definitely won't have any cross-contamination issues!
Highly recommend. Dedicated gluten free kitchen. Wonderful food and wonderful owners.
Amazing food! My family are dairy AND gluten free. My 9 and 6 year old enjoyed it as much as my husband and I did!! We had Naan( called Naanish) a gingered lentil dish, carrot ginger soup, yellow curry dish, and amazing desserts! We had coconut milk curry ice cream and mango passion fruit sorbet. We have to order more of the first since it was so delicious!
the pot roast panang gave me goose bumps & the biggest smile. yummy!!!
The anise mousse is amazing! Really enjoyed the ginger carrot soup and Flatbread too.
awesome and safe every time we go in
Extremely celiac friendly, great food and owners. I would highly recommend to locals and visiting skiers alike. The food was excellent.
Great GF food and the kids loved it too. The staff was very friendly!
These folks really know about gluten free. Not only is all of their food gluten free, the entire facility is gluten free. And, the food is delicious. The butternut squash soup was excellent and the mango sorbet was to die for. The pot roast was very good and I am looking forward to going back for the ribs. Highly recommend this restaurant for those with celiac or gluten intolerance. Even got a lot of tidbits and advice for eating and cooking gluten free.
What fantastic food. My only criticism is that they need a bigger place so more people can come!
All the 5 star reviews are spot on. Amazing food made by great people. The ribs were perfect and the yellow curry chicken was hands down the best we've ever had. We'll definitely stop in again sometime!
Excellent food topped off with over the top service. The owner overheard me remark to my husband that my soup was pretty spicy. She immediately offered coconut milk to adjust the soup to my liking and even sent an employee out to buy it when it was discovered they had run out of it! Definitely checkout this restaurant if you are in the Dillion/Silverthorne/Frisco area.
The restaurant is small and the food is a bit expensive but it is delicious, incredible food and the owners are very nice!
Absolute perfection! A must-not-miss! Great service and even greater food. I will be back for sure!
The tomato lemongrass soup is amazing! The atmosphere is small and quaint. Good choice!
It's such a treat to go somewhere and be able to eat anything on the menu - even dessert! Good wine list too. :-) It's a little pricy, especial with kids.
So delicious. We had the yellow curry with chicken it had a bit of heat but excellent flavor. Then we shared the Ginger Creme Brûlée, Brownie, and Maple Star Anise mousse. The staff is very friendly we will be back next time we're in town.
Cafe ProFusion was a delightful deviation from the typical GF fare of sandwiches, burgers or bland chicken breasts that most restaurants offer. The fact that it is a dedicated GF facility was an added bonus! Both the yellow and green curry Thai chicken dishes were delicious with a great depth of flavor. The garbanzo bean stew was a hit with our 9 year old along with the Asian-inspired ribs that had a unique and sweet flavor. Two locals were raving about the hot and sour soup, but we just weren't able to try everything. The cherry on top: Cafe ProFusion has a GF SF Maple Anise Mousse that our daughter devoured and described as "creamy goodness"!! :) Cindy and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We all highly recommend her restaurant. (Tip: Cafe ProFusion is located on the second floor. To access without using stairs, drive to the back of the strip center and the parking is level with the second floor.)
The food was great and the staff very friendly. I will come again when in the area.
Great menu from start to finish: soups, main dishes, desserts and wine. We are big fans!!
Happy to find all gluten free menu. Son with celiac had garbanzo bean soup with side of basmati rice and loved it. Even our older son who can eat gluten loved their ribs. Wife and I had both curry dishes also excellent.
Best meal in Colorado, hands down. Their take-out menu sums it up better than I can: "A little gourmet hole in the wall" and "East meets West in exquisite curries, braises, soups, stews, and more!" They are not only a dedicated gluten free business, but also about half of the menu is vegan. Even the non-vegan gluteneaters with me claimed this was to-die-for! Not to mention fast, friendly service....
Awesome. Little mom n pop place. Fantastic flavors. Bonus that it's GF!
So good. It was incredible and entirely Gluten-free.
Definitely recommend to try this place out no matter if you are gluten intolerant or not. Delicious food!!!!
Never thought I would find an entirely gluten free restaurant in the mountains, but here it is! Even if you aren't gluten free, this restaurant is not to be missed! They have some of the best hot and sour soup I've ever tried and all their entrees are amazing! Don't pass up dessert either--their gluten free cookies are to die for!
Amazing gluten free food, even if your not gluten free you will love it! And the owners are very friendly too!
Best little cafe in town....totally dedicated gluten free and the food is amazing!
Delicious!!! The owners have mastered spices and create delicious food! Best of all: everything is gf!
Being stranded in Dillon due to a snowstorm that temporarily closed I-70 led to one of the best restaurant discoveries ever. Having a dedicated gluten-free restaurant to eat dinner at made it possible to just relax and enjoy a meal without worries. And what a meal it was! The baby back ribs were very tender and so well seasoned, and the slaw, brown rice/quinoa and daal (lentil) side dishes were delicious. The owners also gave us a taste of the green curry sauce, which had just the right amount of heat along with great curry flavor. And I can't wait to go back to eat the maple star anise mousse again. If you are looking for a safe place to eat with foods that leave you full but wanting more, this is it. No boring gluten-free fare here!
Summit County has a true curry house! The menu is eclectic with pot roast, red and green curries, and delicious ribs. Bill knows how to mix flavors from various cultures, and he always changes up the menu so your tastebuds don't get bored. He is knowledgeable on food allergens and extremely accomodating. There are always vegetarian and vegan options. Plus, the whole kitchen is gluten free.
