It's such a treat to go somewhere and be able to eat anything on the menu - even dessert! Good wine list too. :-) It's a little pricy, especial with kids.

So delicious. We had the yellow curry with chicken it had a bit of heat but excellent flavor. Then we shared the Ginger Creme Brûlée, Brownie, and Maple Star Anise mousse. The staff is very friendly we will be back next time we're in town.

Cafe ProFusion was a delightful deviation from the typical GF fare of sandwiches, burgers or bland chicken breasts that most restaurants offer. The fact that it is a dedicated GF facility was an added bonus! Both the yellow and green curry Thai chicken dishes were delicious with a great depth of flavor. The garbanzo bean stew was a hit with our 9 year old along with the Asian-inspired ribs that had a unique and sweet flavor. Two locals were raving about the hot and sour soup, but we just weren't able to try everything. The cherry on top: Cafe ProFusion has a GF SF Maple Anise Mousse that our daughter devoured and described as "creamy goodness"!! :) Cindy and her staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We all highly recommend her restaurant. (Tip: Cafe ProFusion is located on the second floor. To access without using stairs, drive to the back of the strip center and the parking is level with the second floor.)

Happy to find all gluten free menu. Son with celiac had garbanzo bean soup with side of basmati rice and loved it. Even our older son who can eat gluten loved their ribs. Wife and I had both curry dishes also excellent.

Best meal in Colorado, hands down. Their take-out menu sums it up better than I can: "A little gourmet hole in the wall" and "East meets West in exquisite curries, braises, soups, stews, and more!" They are not only a dedicated gluten free business, but also about half of the menu is vegan. Even the non-vegan gluteneaters with me claimed this was to-die-for! Not to mention fast, friendly service....

Never thought I would find an entirely gluten free restaurant in the mountains, but here it is! Even if you aren't gluten free, this restaurant is not to be missed! They have some of the best hot and sour soup I've ever tried and all their entrees are amazing! Don't pass up dessert either--their gluten free cookies are to die for!

Being stranded in Dillon due to a snowstorm that temporarily closed I-70 led to one of the best restaurant discoveries ever. Having a dedicated gluten-free restaurant to eat dinner at made it possible to just relax and enjoy a meal without worries. And what a meal it was! The baby back ribs were very tender and so well seasoned, and the slaw, brown rice/quinoa and daal (lentil) side dishes were delicious. The owners also gave us a taste of the green curry sauce, which had just the right amount of heat along with great curry flavor. And I can't wait to go back to eat the maple star anise mousse again. If you are looking for a safe place to eat with foods that leave you full but wanting more, this is it. No boring gluten-free fare here!

Summit County has a true curry house! The menu is eclectic with pot roast, red and green curries, and delicious ribs. Bill knows how to mix flavors from various cultures, and he always changes up the menu so your tastebuds don't get bored. He is knowledgeable on food allergens and extremely accomodating. There are always vegetarian and vegan options. Plus, the whole kitchen is gluten free.
