We ordered take out last night. Food was ready on time and all incredibly delicious. Neither my husband or I could finish our entrees. Hurray for left overs.

We eat here every time we visit the area. Love it! The ribs are a do not miss. Also love the Punjabi (sp?) ice cream. If you are a wine drinker ask the owner which wine he recommends with your dish. They do have gluten beer in the can for those that like beer. My understanding is that’s the only gluten there. If you are sensitive to spice, you might ask for items that are mild. Due to Covid, they have limited hours and only do take out. Their food is so good though.

Per their website, this place is closed temporarily. I was super sad about it. And it doesn’t say why or list any contact info.

It still says all their menus are current and that they’re take out only. Yet it also says they’re not open at all.

Get it together guys :( Lots of us from outta town wanna dine here but have no idea wtf is going on

Totally gluten free and delicious!! I had the green curry and it was perfect for a cold night. They are currently doing pickup only due to COVID.

A ski trip to Keystone not complete until you visit this place. Thai/Asian fusion food. All made from scratch, safe for Celiacs, and Mr Bill has a wine list that can match up with spicy food. Hard to execute, but he can. Try the lemongrass tomato soup. And best deserts: creme brûlée, and Punjab coconut ice cream with Maple syrup. You must go here. And say Hi to Cindy with a “Y”.

My wife has been a celiac all her life. She had to learn how to make gluten free, healthy and delicious as a matter of survival. We are regularly let down at GF restaurants... until Cafe Profusion. It was such a joy to see my wife enjoy great tasting GF that she did not prepare. Will be back every trip. They are dine in, not just take out.

I was in town from Denver for a wedding and found this place on here. I so adored this little spot. I had the yellow chicken curry. It was wonderful. The owner and employee were so kind and knowledgeable about allergies and celiac. I will be visiting again in few weeks.

My husband and I were traveling through Colorado on a holiday from Texas. We were in this little town called Dillon and found this gem through the FMGF app. It was AMAZING! The food was delicious and the desserts were to die for! The first night we are Ginger Carrot Soup and the next time we are Yellow Chicken Curry and the New Delhi Garbanzo Bean Stew. Both days we had Creme Brûlée and Ice Cream for dessert. I HIGHLY recommend this cute little restaurant that is big in taste and service. They have 3 tables inside and four outside. Great atmosphere! The husband and wife team who own it are so courteous, friendly, and connected to their customers. Take a trip here - you won’t regret it!!

I ordered the Pot Roast Panang. The flavor was nice, but 80% of my meat was fat. :( I would like to see more veg in the dishes.

Unfortunately we went to try Cafe ProFusion last night and they are closed. They are transitioning to a catering and take out only establishment.

A truly wonderful safe gluten free experience. Husband is celiac. It's a cozy place run by friendly folks. Prepare that you might share a table with someone else, which adds to the homey experience. We had 2 different curries, salads, and the maple star anise mousse and enjoyed it all. So warming after a day outdoors. I think we'll be returning tonight! Enjoyed the garbanzo stew with naanish, the mango sorbet too. They also do take out which we have taken advantage of because it's so small. The days they are open have become more limited, so check first.

Phenomenal! They are completely gluten free and dairy free, and if you have any allergies at all, they know every ingredient in their food. I have lots of allergies, and they knew how to navigate perfectly. The chicken green curry is delicious, and so are the ribs. A great find!

Absolutely amazing!! This was quite the find! Completely gluten free and the food was exceptional. We enjoyed the hummus, gf naan, kimchi, butternut squash soup, and pork ribs. The desserts were equally good. Would highly recommend and don't be scared by the outside!

Simply amazing! The tasty soups and the warm and cosy place will relax you...especially knowing there is no gluten whatsoever in the restaurant.

this place is AMAZING!! Had the hummus, Naan-ish flat bread, & chicken w yellow curry & ginger. I am sweating a bit but wow, SO. yummy.

AMAZING! Had the east meets west pot roast and ribs. I want more! Topped it off with coconut Ice cream!

The food at Cafe ProFusion is very good. It was so nice to go out to eat and not have to worry about my kids or I becoming sick.

Lemon grass soup here is my favorite! Only reason for the 4 instead of 5 star is because one time I got the soup it wasn't as warm/hot as it's supposed to be, but I'm guessing it's because it was really busy. Of course I keep getting it everytime I get a chance and it's never been a problem. Great atmosphere and very nice staff as well! I am excited to come back and try something new!

Just LOVE this place! perfect for us with gluten issues and the food is consistently outstanding. Witty and intelligent who are excellent at helping you feel you are a special regular. My husband is dairy sensitive too so the menu works great for him as well. He's addicted to the duck!

Amazing food! My family are dairy AND gluten free. My 9 and 6 year old enjoyed it as much as my husband and I did!! We had Naan( called Naanish) a gingered lentil dish, carrot ginger soup, yellow curry dish, and amazing desserts! We had coconut milk curry ice cream and mango passion fruit sorbet. We have to order more of the first since it was so delicious!

The anise mousse is amazing! Really enjoyed the ginger carrot soup and Flatbread too.
