Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

I tried to ask the staff if there was gluten in things but the person serving didn’t know what gluten was - I ordered corn tortilla tacos but felt skeptical watching them prepare - lots of cross contamination.

I looked up the info on their website (after paying for the food) and their corn tortilla have wheat in them. Fortunately didn’t eat it but this is not safe.

How confident are you that this establishment takes safety precautions against cross-contact?
