Chips are not safe, but almost anything wise they can make gf, they also have a worker with celiac who gets it!

They told us the chips and everything were gluten free only to later tell us it’s in the same fryer. Everything they have labeled gf is not
I eat here often because I work close by. I have never gotten sick. Great food!

Even though their menu says it's gluten-free anything that is fried is not gluten-free. Therefore, there's basically nothing except salads.

I called and asked if they could offer any of their food gluten-free. They said they could switch out their flour tortillas for corn tortillas. I ordered the chicken al pastor and spicy shrimp street tacos which are delicious!!

My mother and I ate here with no problem. I had a taco al pastor with a Bloody Mary (it’s hot), and she had the chile verde with the Adios Señorita. She was not incredibly pleased with the quality of the rice, but everything else was very tasty. They do not have a GF menu, however they have a Not Gluten Free paper that says what is not GF. Unfortunately they have a shared fryer, so the chips are not GF. NOT Gluten Free list includes: enchilada sauce, shredded chicken, diabla sauce, arroz con pollo and camerones Mexicanos sauce, mole, chipotle, anything in a flour tortilla (can substitute corn tortillas), pasta.

I love eating at Cafe Sabor, and have never gotten sick. But the employees really need to be educated on their gluten free options. They will swap corn for flour tortillas at any time with no extra charge. But, the employees have never been able to answer me on the sauces and seasonings. Seriously yummy food though!
Staff were knowledgeable of celiac- no it’s not dedicated GF- but I am very sensitive and didn’t have a problem. They did say I couldn’t eat the chips due to shared fryer. Server heated up some corn tortillas in the. Microwave for me to avoid cross contamination. Very good chicken, rice and black beans

Gf sign on the menu, all though I’m pretty sure the chips aren’t gf. But everything was pretty good.

The server was knowledgeable about what could be made gluten free. I had corn tacos with chicken and cilantro. They were pretty good overall. Sat outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Nice to find a place that had GF options in the area
