Would not recommend. There was no gluten free menu, the maitre d said he wasn’t sure if anything was gluten free, and our server said that they could offer nothing gf except a piece of bread. Very disappointing.

The restaurant is awesome! Went today and going tomorrow! Fresh GF pancakes! Both my kids love it! Also they serve GF bread as well! Located inside the Hilton hotel! Our server Ismael was exceptional!

Located inside Hilton Hotel, Universal City, the Cafe Sierra offers gluten-free toast pancakes and waffles for breakfast! It's rare to find gluten-free options in a hotel restaurant. I had the executive buffet and ask them for gluten-free toast. The buffet had an assortment of fresh fruit, non gluten free pastries and cereals, cooked to order omelet bar, along with some Asian items. Overall the food was pretty good for a buffet and the service was outstanding.
