I had the beet salad. They said that they clean the food prep area and change gloves., and that they have repeat celiac customers. The order taker seemed a little annoyed to answer those questions, and about cross contamination, but I didn’t react.🎉

Tasted ok, but the $12 markup for a SANDWICH (from their Panini) was absolutely unbelievable!!!!!!! Not even close to worth it. It was an odd setup, I ordered a tea & wasn’t told that I had to get it myself. Nice people, we just won’t ever go back.

Fun vibe, tasty food. The staff is obviously careful about gluten contamination. Review would have been 5 stars if paninis had been heated all the way through.

I’ve eaten here many times and rarely had issues. Gluten free items are clearly marked on the menu, and staff is friendly and accommodating of needs. Only time I ever had an issue was when I ordered a “stuffing” sandwich, not registering that the stuffing wouldn’t necessarily be gluten free. That’s a mistake on my part, and have avoided any issues since. Highly recommend!

They changed gloves and utensils. Very knowledgeable about what is gluten free or vegan. Everyone was very helpful and food so amazing.

Excellent experience at Cafe Sol. If you need GF due to celiac they take it seriously! Sandwiches can be made with GF bread and they put paninis in oven instead of press to prevent cross-contam. I feel safe eating here 🥲

Menu is clearly marked to say if something is gluten free. Will bake paninis in oven if you have celiac disease. Have allergy button that states if a person has celiac disease and will make sure there is no cross contamination.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were very accommodating towards my celiac food restrictions and had so many options! I’ll be back!!

When staff were unsure about answers to my celiac question list, they found someone who knew and could help! They baked my gluten free bread sandwich in the oven rather than using the panini grill, AND I saw the kitchen staff change their gloves!! It was wonderful. The only bump is that they tell you all the chips are GF, but it looks like Boulder Chips don’t certify their salt and vinegar flavor. Little things..

Fantastic food. The cashier asked me whether my gf order was for an allergy or a preference.

TONS of gf options and everything is labeled. Soups, paninis, and salads all delicious.

They can make almost all their paninis GF by using a house made bread (upcharge) a most soups are GF. They also make at least one GF dessert. Most stuff (including coffee) is organic. Kombucha on tap is fun. Prices add up quickly.
Knowledgeable staff but, not the best gf food as the buns are hard as cardboard and lack flavor. It is nice to have a gf sand which place but I wish their bread was softer. Also the prices are super high and aren't clearly marked. Let's say it was a bit of a shock when I got the bill. Still I will return on occasion when I have a longing for another taste of something but won't be adding this place to my "routine stops" list. I didn't get sick... which is also a huge plus.

Great place for a healthy salad or soup. Many is clearly marked and staff seems knowledgeable. I had no issues!

I am gluten, dairy, corn and soy free. There are several salads and dressings on the menu that work with that diet. The food is high quality and tasty. The order taker is always glad to get questions answered about the ingredients. I've never had any problems after eating at this restaurant.

Food was outstanding. Everyone knew gluten well. I will mention we ordered the gf panini and she put in the order. We then mentioned it was an allergy and she went back in to make notes and said "OH ok, in that case we'll put it in the oven." So if your celiac make sure to ask for it baked not in the panini cooker to prevent cross contamination!

The salads are great and GF. They even have GF bread for paninis.
Not Celiac friendly. Cross-contamination of Paninis- bad
the paninis are Gluten Free! they are made on a roll, delicious! great atmosphere. fresh produce that they are preparing sitting all around the counter

Great food & concept! GF salads, panini & soup available. Love that they're supporting locally grown! Hate that they ask for 15-25% tip at payment even tho it's a serve yourself cafe. Awkward! Sadly, the gal taking our order today was so rude & condescending when I asked about GF options that we will never go back. If my kids hadn't been starving we wouldn't have even ordered.
This was honestly the best soup I have had in 2 years. Panini was delicious as well and the portions were very large.

Thanks to this app I tried this place while traveling in Colorado. The food is delicious! These guys do it right! Everything is scratch made (minus gf bread) and delicious! Wish we had it back in Michigan. Locals definitely need to make this a regular place to eat!

Great sandwiches! Some of their soups are gluten free also. They even have gluten free chips and desserts!
