I was very specific in ordering a gluten free sandwich but found out after I had taken a bite that the bread was NOT gluten free! Seems like the staff does not pay close attention to gluten sensitivities!! I would NOT recommend.

I ate here twice. The first time I was fine, the 2nd the gal didn’t put down gluten free bread when I asked for it and I got glutened so bad. If you do eat here, make sure you double check they put gluten free down. It is a fun place with good juices and coffee. Just was someone not paying attention.

So delicious with vegan and gluten free items. Super chill, hippie vibes throughout with a small store and local honey.

Visited here twice on a visit to Cocoa Beach. Very cute atmosphere. Many options van be made gluten free-staff seemed knowledgeable about what could be done for me. When I said I had Celiac, the cashier said Awesome!! It was noted on the order (gluten allergy) and they did not seem put out at all. I asked about toast and it was confirmed they don't have a separate toaster, but you can leave that off of a dish if needed. A few lunch items are marked GF on the menu, and they still added the gluten free note on the order when I mentioned it. I felt very confident and safe eating there. Also delicious smoothies, juices, coffees, etc.

I had an excellent breakfast sandwich on gluten free bread, and the bread was pretty good! They use a shared toaster, so if you’re sensitive to that then maybe avoid sandwiches (or stick with untoasted bread.) they also have gluten free granola bars and a couple baked items—check if they’re made in a GF environment. They come hand wrapped in cellophane, so you’ll want to check their origin.
