Cafe Trang Bistro Lehi

Was dying to try the GF egg rolls. They did not disappoint, they were amazing! So good that I’m wondering if they were actually GF. The guy taking my order didn’t speak good English and it was a struggle to explain to him what I wanted. I only got the egg rolls this time. They have gluten free items posted on their menu though. not positive but it looked like they only had 1 fryer, not sure what else they fry in the fryer. I don’t have cross contamination issues so I can’t say for sure if it’s 100% safe or if they understand what claiming something GF means

Have an awesome labeled menu for what is gluten free. And their gluten free egg rolls are great. Had the rice noodle bowl with curry chicken. So tasty!
