Our waitress was not exceptionally knowledgeable but did offer to check with the kitchen to learn more about their GF options. After speaking with the kitchen she reported the options were: Tri-Tip, Salmon, or salad. I had the Cobb salad. Got sick afterwards. Do not recommend for individuals with celiac. Likely cross contamination as I was sick 45 minutes after eating.
