Had a sign that said ask for “wheat-less options” so I did. They make waffles but in the same waffle makers as wheat based. I had the frittata and requested no puffed pastry which it came with. The pastry was still put in the box. It is clear it was gluten friendly and not for celiacs. Coffee was good and they had dairy free milks.
