Quiet at 1:15, but immaculately clean and a friendly host. There is a front counter to order and pay then open seating in the adjoining dining room. The business focuses on plant based and ‘alkaline’ foods. They sell many kinds of herbal teas/ ready to go juices from a retail area. Not my personal priority but if that’s something you’re looking for, here it is. The Saturday brunch menu was not specific about gluten (the website DOES symbol gluten free items) but after we enquired we learned the trashcan burro bowl is prepared in its own pan without gluten ingredients. I learned a “burro” is a species of banana that can be prepared in ways akin to plantains. There is also a chickpea flour ‘ omelet’ that looks good. Both my companion and I felt VERY full with what looked like modest portions. It’s nice to have a gluten free meal that is actually filling! TBD on CC Update: three hours later and no issues. Usually would notice major CC by now.

I recommend getting the hemp ranch on the side. It’s salty and makes sense with the starchy burro (banana, not donkey) that is a major component of some meals, but I would probably use a little less than as prepared.
