Y’all they have a separate prep area and crepe maker for gluten free crepes! This place is yummy and safe and coffee was great too. Friendly staff is very knowledgeable about celiac and cross contact safety measures. Go here!

They cook the GF crepes in a seperate burner. The crepes are not fantastic tasting, but this place is very safe and they’re not so bad.

Take a few minutes out of your busy day to relax and enjoy a stylish, restful setting close to home. CafeMerica offers a full line of hot and cold coffee, tea drinks, and refreshing drinks. You will also find our delicious Gluten Free Crepes (Sweet and Savory), and Gluten Free 10" personal pizza, served all day long. We prepare our Gluten Free crepes and pizzas using totally separate tools for our just Gluten Free customers. Our Gluten Free crepe station is ten feet away from our regular crepe station to prevent any cross contamination.
When you are in need of a pick-me-up, head to CafeMerica where you will enjoy thoughtfully prepared specialty coffee, espresso drinks, fine teas, and refreshing drinks. We use only specialty coffee and brew and prepare it to your liking. Our coffees and teas come from Master Coffeeand Tea Blenders. All are made to order, just for you.

Wondering what Specialty Coffee means? There are 5 grades of coffee defined by the Specialty Coffee Association of America. Specialty Coffee represents the very best of the world’s coffee yield or 3% of global production. There are many standards and designations that go into determining which coffees are Specialty Coffee such as growing region, roasting process and other elements of the coffee chain.

I have been here three times now. Actually twice today already. The owner is super friendly and young lady working the counter is as well. They have a separate area to prepare gluten free items. The pizza is amazing and so are the crepes. Their drinks are great too!

Cafemerica offers gluten free crepes. They are made on a dedicated gluten free crepe grill & they use dedicated gluten free utensils. I’ve had the gluten-free crepes many times and they are very tasty! They also offer a variety of specialty coffees and bubble teas!
