Second time, once for lunch and dinner. Both times were excellent food, good portions and no issues with GF items. Salmon tacos with avocado citrus vinaigrette at lunch. Wife and I went Valentine’s Day and it was excellent: Guacamole very good, lamb wonderful and scallops with a chipotle sauce outstanding. Finished with GF crème brûlée.

I was disappointed to find out that although most items on the menu were marked gluten free most of them also contained fried components. When I asked about cross contact in the fryer we were told nothing on the menu that goes in the fryer has gluten but sometimes the chef or owner cook their own things in the fryer contraining gluten so it isn’t always free from cross contamination. I appreciated the honesty but such a bummer to think there were many menu items that I can’t usually eat that I was excited about and then to find out they were not free from cross contamination. ☹

My husband who is not gluten free ordered a pasta and the sauce was very watered down and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The calamari he ordered was mediocre.

Overall, a disappointing meal.

Cahill bistro is a lovely little restaurant. I needed gluten free. My husband did not. We both enjoyed our meals. They were very helpful & pleasant. Would definitely go back.

Very happy with the gluten free options. Most items are gluten free and they have a separate part of the kitchen for gf items. Highly recommend!!!

The food here is amazing. Our waiter was attentive and made great suggestions for our GF life. Every GF option is clearly marked and we didn’t have to feel like we were oddballs asking every question. We just had an enjoyable dinner. Also, ALL the appetizers are GF and all are excellent !!
