Amazing! The food was Incredible and the owners were the sweetest people. It felt like a family meal. I never get dumpling or scallion pancakes and this place was a gift.

Such a unique and amazing spot! The food was incredible and the owners were so accommodating and nice. They made us feel right at home when ordering and walking through the art gallery. They had suggestions of places we could check out as well and were passionate about art and the food that they make. The food was also so tasty and they assured us that they take great care in making safe gluten free food that isn’t cross contaminated. They even specified that they use all separate utensils when preparing GF! Will definitely be returning when we’re in the area again.

Cute place! The food was tasty and I felt really safe about the food being gluten free. The owners are really friendly. We walked around the attached art gallery while we waited for the food. The scallion pancake is the best!

We got the pork riblets abundance box, and WOW was it delicious! I don't know what they put in the rice, but I couldn't stop eating even though I was so full. The scallion pancakes were so good, I'm glad we got an extra order! Must specify GF when ordering.

A note about the restaurant itself: We went in winter time, and this is not a dine-in restaurant during winter. You should order ahead of time through the website, and it takes about 20 minutes to fulfill the order. I'm the summertime we were told they have outdoor seating. We ordered while they're and waited in person, and perused the small art gallery whole we waiting. Definitely strange, but we like unexpected experiences.

Tonight we ordered delicious Asian food from Cai’s Dim Sum Catering in Brattleboro. It was authentic and everybody enjoyed the meal, and they had many gluten free options! We highly recommend the pork riblets, chicken, and tofu abundance boxes! However our favorite dish was the gluten free scallion pancake, they we were crispy and so tasty! I have Celiac but the rest of my family who doesn’t enjoyed all of the gluten free food as well! We hope that the next time you are in Brattleboro (or nearby) you eat at Cai’s Dim Sum Catering!

The scallion pancakes were amazing, and also the pork. This is a really nice spot- husband and wife cooking out of their kitchen. It’s just take out- no dining room. We didn’t love the dumplings but they were fine. We will definitely stop here every time we pass through!

We stopped today to pick up an order (or 3) of gluten free scallion pancakes. Absolutely delicious! I have been craving these for 4 years and hadn’t found anywhere that had a gf version until today. Next time I am in or near Brattleboro I will try a gluten free The Box Abundance! I can’t wait.

Unbelievably delicious food. I can safely say that their gluten free braised pork and scallion pancakes are among the tastiest things I have ever eaten at a restaurant. This is truly artistic yet simple food- it takes you to a place of reverie and awe. No MSG; this is locavore Chinese cuisine: slow food, Vermont location but authentic. The owners are also active in the arts and local culture. I will return.
