Cajun Lady Seafood

The fish and shrimp are rolled in corn flour, so are gluten-free. I did NOT ask about separate fryer, as that's not a "thing" in this neck of the woods, but I am fairly sensitive/celiac and did not have an issue. Also have some amazing jambalaya!
