Review of Cake By Jason Hisley

Hands down best gluten free cupcake I've ever had. I purchased the triple chocolate. What made it so special was not just the cake portion, but the frosting and filling. Not the typical cheap store like frosting, but silky mousse along with a chocolate Ganache-like filling on top in the middle and into the center of the cupcake, almost like a pudding. Chocolate chips on top, and the cake part was robust, more of a muffin quality, which I personally prefer over typical store type cakes. 10/10 for gluten free. Will be back ❤
