Got takeout from here. There is not information on the menu about what is gluten free or not but you can kinda guess. They can make things without sauce and they do have gluten free soy sauce if you ask. When I called and asked about gluten free she said no problem and I asked her to change gloves, ect.
We got a bunch of basic sushi rolls, shrimp fried rice, chicken mei fun (yay rice noodles!), and steamed veggies. I tested the sushi and fried rice with my Nima tester and it came back safe to eat. The food was yummy and I didn’t get sick so overall a good experience.

Waitress was her first day and wasn’t sure about the men & gluten. Talk to the manager he said he couldn’t guarantee that there wouldn’t be any cross-contamination. Food was good no one got sick
Island fresh and the best tasting sushi in the region. We went there on a Thursday night. You could tell from all the cars this is a good place. 2 in my party can't have gluten and we were surprised at how well educated the wait staff was about gluten and the ingredients. They knew the imitation crab has gluten and even brought GF soy sauce. The teriyaki salmon had 2 large salmon fillets. The broccoli was fresh and the sauce tasted homemade. It was delicious. The ginger salad was crisp, although heavy on the iceberg lettuce. The ginger soy dressing was ample and tasty. The chicken mei fen was rice noodles mixed with chicken, scallion, onion, and cabbage. It was the best my daughter ever had. AND they made it gluten free. The sushi was fresh and made to order. My family loved everything about this place. Attentive staff, excellent quality, ample portions and a good price. Highly recommended.
