This use to be a favourite, but now very few GF options and the quality is half of what it use to be.

Really disappointed in the new GF selection.

It used to be that almost everything on the menu could be made gluten free.

Today I tried to place an order, and the only options were Pekoras, Nachos and Salads.

It's really a step back for what is otherwise a great restaurant.

Unfortunately, Calactus recently changed and reduced their menu options- you can no longer get most of the menu items made gluten free as they don’t have the gf wraps anymore. As someone who is recently gf/df, this was quite disheartening after hearing this would be the best place to go in Moncton for options.

I went here and the first thing I asked was “Are you celiac friendly?” And the waitress told me that while they have many gluten free options they could make no guarantees because they use flour for some non gf options (flour can stay in the air for a long time). I had a hard day and this was my third stop trying to find safe food so I decided to just risk it.

I did not get glutened and the food was delicious but keep in mind that you do take a risk eating here.

The server was very knowledgeable. Everything but the burger and pepperoni can be made gluten free and everything can be made dairy free.

My server did warn me that they have gluten in the kitchen but confirmed if there’s a gluten allergy they clean everything and use all new pans etc to reduce cross contamination. Their deep fryer is also gf.

My meal was excellent I will definitely be back next time I’m in town

Staff was knowledgeable, most of the menu can be GF! Ate here multiple times.

Staff was extremely knowledgeable about celiac disease. Lots to choose from as most of their menu is gluten free! Was visiting Moncton for a few days and ate here twice because it was so delicious and I knew it was safe :)

Very knowledgeable about celiac ! I (celiac)had the enchilada, my husband (non celiac) the extravagant pizza and my son ( non celiac and teenager) had the texan nacho. We all had a party in our mouth lol!!! Very, very tasteful!

Tons of options, delicious food, good service!

Most of the items on the menu are available gluten free if you let them know. Only the burger and items containing the vegetarian pepperoni were not (as well as the baked desserts)

I have never had a single problem with Calactus. Before being diagnosed with Celiac, I was told to cut out gluten to see if that was causing my health problems. I ordered a GF pizza and it was great and I had no reaction to it. The staff are extremely accommodating with dietary concerns.

Had a variety of curries and pakoras (made with corn) that were GF and delicious. Take-out available. Lots of parking. Very friendly and helpful.
