Chicken Tinga margarita from the GF items on their menu and a margarita. Wonderful and friendly service, was a pleasant experience.

All was excellent, they noted gluten allergy to assure extra care was taken.

They have a marked gluten free menu, but no cross contamination protocols. But the airport doesn’t have great options & I was desperate. I did the burrito bowl + chicken tinga & asked them change their gloves. I’m very sensitive & had no reaction, so giving them a solid 4 stars. One of your few options at this airport.

Had the chicken tacos and some drinks. Food was very good, corn tortillas were used, and items on the menu were GF labeled. Did not inquire about handling practices, however my gluten intolerant wife did not have a reaction.

I don't recommend this place at all, which is unfortunate since they mark their menu with gluten free items. When I asked at the counter about marking celiac on the order, her response was "I'm sorry, what do you mean?" and when I explained she said everything goes through the same line and no effort for avoiding cross-contamination will be made. Also a bummer because this airport offers virtually no safe gf options.
