Review of Caldwell County BBQ

First off I love this place. People are so friendly and they are accommodating for celiacs. Lots of gf options and they swap gloves, change cutting board and get out new meats for celiacs. Definitely go.

Not sure if the owner sees these reviews but I was at the new pecan lakes location and the folks there said the sauces are not safe for celiacs because the worcestershire sauce isnt GF. I know the original branded Worchershire sauce is GF… but maybe the stuff they source isnt? I’ll probably reconfirm next time I go back but I skipped the sauce to be safe.
