Review of Caliente Pizza & Draft House

I promise you that you won't find a better gluten free crust this side of the Mississippi. Pillowy soft and chewy inner crust complemented with a crispy exterior -- achieving the equivalent of superman levels of "I can't believe this is gluten free" goodness. Topped off with their awesome and generous amounts of pizza sauce, cheese, and those cute and crispy little pepperonis, I wanted more crusts to go. Loved it.

One disclaimer: this is a fully functioning pizza restaurant so, while assured every precaution is taken, for those who react super easily to potential cross contamination, there is that slight risk involved.
