update from my review below: went in this week and the menu had changed limiting the gf selection to just salads, moving my 5 stars to 2.... Delicious gluten free options. I had the sweet corn guacamole to start and the salmon with stir fry veggies as my entrees. Both were awesome! I also had the pecan Carmel sundae for dessert. It was huge but I couldn't stop eating it. A definate choice for GF diners.

Although they no longer serve gf pizza, I went to lunch today with friends because they offer gf salads on the menu. I have been sick all afternoon. My Cobb salad was delicious but unfortunately the ingredients may have been cross contaminated. I probably won't return.

While I appreciate the GF labels on the menu, they only apply to salads. Nothing else. As a restaurant that specializes in gourmet pizza, it's difficult as a diner to patronize when you can't have any of the good stuff. So disappointed!

I didn't get sick from their stuff (as their note above suggests contamination issues) but it tasted horrible! I hope if they do start to serve it again that they consider just buying crusts from still riding or udi's because the one I got from them was really, really, awful.

I have been diagnosed with Celiacs Disease, so choosing to eat gluten-free isn't a trend for me but rather a medical necessity in order to avoid the negative effects on my intestine and consequent miserable symptoms associated with ingesting gluten. I had visited this restaurant as I was staying in the area for a work-related conference. I had thought this would be a great place as I was made aware of their gluten-free menu. I ordered two items off the menu (both of which were labelled 'gluten-free' and made the server aware of the importance of the items being gluten-free due to my celiacs disease. After eating both so-called 'gluten-free' items at the restaurant.... I immediately started to feel very ill as all my symptoms started to return. This was completely disappointing... Despite the meal I ordered being labeled 'gluten-free', it clearly was not (or had cross-contamination) and I ended up suffering for the next couple of days as a result. I will obviously not return to this restaurant, and will also caution others who require a gluten-free diet to stay away from this place as well.

They have a new GF item: Quinoa Arugula Salad. It is delicious! I am shocked that CPK doesn't yet have GF pizza or a more extensive GF menu. The new salad is substantial with sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese. I devoured it with glee. Quinoa and arugula in one dish has to be a winner!

We found out the hard way no more GF pizza, and their GF menu seemed to have been removed completely. I talked to a manager, the reason was because of cross contamination possibilities in the kitchen. They couldn't guarantee foods to be 100% safe. Not clear if it was this location only? But at the time we went (about 6 months ago), the company website still boasted a GF menu. Sad, but better to have a happy tummy.

The only choice is salad which are good but I find tiresome as this is often our choice and i was looking forward to pizza after all. I have nut allergies as well, so ordered without croutons and pecans, and was told after I ate it all that "the cook forgot" about these requests, but not to worry, he picked them all out before it was served. If I was told this before I wouldn't have eaten the whole salad! Was in pain later. I complained to the manager and at least raised the issue and didn't pay for it.
