Gluten free options are shown on the menu. There are only a few items that can be made certified gluten free, but others that are listed showing they make the dishes with gluten free ingredients. One thing I learned this week is that many restaurants make their ranch dressing. When they do, they have not been gluten free. So bring your own ranch if you want a cobbler salad or some ranch to dip your certified gluten free pizza in. I had the mushroom, pepperoni, and sausage certified gluten free pizza and thought it was delicious. I also had some of my husband’s Cobb salad before dressing and it was very good. I did not feel sick or bloated after the meal.
