In terms of GF pizza, CPK is great. They have the GF pizza prepared separately, and the staff seem very knowledgeable about the whole “gluten free” and “celiac” thing. If you’re going there looking for something other than pizza, that’s when you’ll be disappointed. They don’t have many other options if you are strictly gluten free. If “gluten free” is only a preference, then they can adjust several of the items on the main menu to accommodate that, but it won’t be prepared separately. The GF pizza seems to be the only main dish that’s 100% gluten free, but it’s definitely worth it! -Their pizza was my brother’s favorite out of all the other GF pizzas we’ve tried- and that’s saying something. (Their strawberry cooler, by the way, is absolutely delicious, too.)

The pizza is prepared seperately. It is nice that they are celiac friendly. I appreciate that the manager brings out the pizza. I am careful to ask them not to burn the pizza. I have felt it was overcooked at times. It is not my favorite gluten free crust, but I love the flavor of the BBQ chicken pizza.

Food was great!! They have a separate gig approved and strafed trained menu of 3 pizzas including their famous BBQ chicken. Then on their reg menu they mark items that are gf. They have salads, chips (gf made at separate location no cross contamination) and guacamole The server asked if we were highly allergic and needed to watch cross contamination. I felt safe and have eaten there twice with no problems.

Delicious! High quality food. Always specify if you have an allergy/celiac vs a gluten free preference. There is a rewards card here but I haven't used it enough to notice the benefits.

GF pizza was very good. Dough was a little thicker not like most crispy thin gf crusts. Had lots of other options and the staff was very knowledgable.
Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
