Allergen menu available upon request. GF cauliflower crust pizza. Pizza placed on parchment paper to bake. Had cheese pizza & no symptoms.

Got the Caesar salad without croutons. Both salad options can be made gluten free. GF Pizza is cross contaminated because it is cooked with regular pizza.

This particular location doesn't have the certified gluten-free pizza that can be found at most of their full restaurant locations. However, I had the BBQ Chicken pizza on cauliflower crust without any bad side effects.

This location does have a cauliflower crust option which is gluten free. HOWEVER, CELIACS BE WARNED: they prepare this crust with all the other pizzas making it NOT GLUTEN FREE for those with an allergy. Of note, we did not find a single place in the airport that served gluten free so we were forced to live off of chips and fruit.
No
Not a single gluten free option. This airport is coming up short in the GF department. This bag of potato chips and a Kind bar will have to do
This CPK sucks. No gluten free options
No
saddly no gf options in the airport stores.
No gf options. Not the full CPK menu. Hostess Sent me to another restaurant in the airport and they had none either. Otherwise I love this chains full service locations.

Sat for 20 minutes to get waited on and then told no GF. How does this place manage to retain their franchise? Unbelievable.

Zero GF options at this location!!!

There should be an options for 0 stars. No GF options whatsoever.

Told me they had NOTHING gluten free.
No
Since CPK has pizza in their name you would think they would have a gluten free crust if they were going to be on this list. Salad is fine but really want to go to California PIZZA kitchen for PIZZA.
Eaten here 2x and have not gotten sick. The crust does taste gluten free (find me a gluten free crust that doesn't taste gluten free), but it's what's on top of the crust that is the real deal.

Impressed that you could ask for their certified GF pizzas on the kids menu. Our coeliac daughter was very happy with her cheese pizza which came out with a GF flag by a differed server with gloves on. No ill effects. It has been very hard finding safe and appealing choices for her on our travels in America so definitely a happy customer.

It’s always a risk at pizza places that aren’t dedicated GF, but we felt assured that the staff takes good precautions to avoid cross contamination here. And the pizza was very tasty.
