Amazing experience. Server was very knowledgeable and kind. Food was prepped by a manager on a safe surface. Delicious food. One thing to note is that they now make donuts in their fryer so the yucca fries are no longer celiac safe.

This is my favorite spot for a quick, satisfying breakfast in DC. The yuca cheesy bread (bagel substitue) is absolutely delicious, and they're consistently improving the recipe to make it bigger and fluffier. When I lived in DC, I'd order a custom hot sandwich nearly every weekend. Highly recommend!!

I had the thunderbird on the gf yuca bread and it was probably better than any bagel sandwich I have ever eaten before. When I ordered, I told them I had an allergy and if they would change gloves and he wrote a an allergy note with like 10 exclamation points right on the order, which always eases my worries. My friends also tried the yuca and they said it also tasted incredible and would for sure get it another time even though they’re not gluten free. Overall absolutely incredible and i for SURE will be coming back

I was very disappointed in Call Your Mother given the high marks from other reviewers on Find Me GF. The GF Yucca bread ($2.50 up charge) the kitchen used for my sandwich was very dry and hard, and was almost inedible. I did like the coffee, and the seating area was comfy, but I don’t plan to return.
Also, the cashier said she couldn’t guarantee that the kitchen staff would change their gloves, so there’s definitely a cross contamination risk here.

The yucca bread was a fabulous substitute. It didn’t fall apart at all! So yummy.

They have the yuca bread which is GF but the guy at the counter gave me a pro tip: order the latkes (potato cakes which are GF) and make a sandwich out of them. I ordered that with the mashed avocado, eggs, cheese and added bacon. It was delicious! Who doesn’t love a breakfast sammy but instead of bread, make it hashbrowns!

The yucca “bagel” is delicious. It was such a treat to have a sandwich for lunch. But know that they get crazy busy so best to order ahead or leave enough time

I was so excited to hear they started offering a gf option recently because all of my non-gf friends always rave about their breakfast sandwiches. They offer yuca bread which you can sub on any of their sandwiches- I got the Sun City and it was delicious. I was concerned about cross-contamination since it is a bagel shop, but I had no reaction whatsoever! This is definitely my new go-to for breakfast sandwiches in DC!
