Have been here twice and had a gluten reaction both times after eating here - both times I ordered the 5-course chefs selection and specified a sensitive gluten allergy. The first time they fed me the cotton candy-style desert as the last course; on my second visit they told me that I couldn’t have that desert because it contained gluten (which they obviously missed on my previous visit). Was really bummed because the food was so good, but I wouldn’t recommend for safety.
