they get two stars just for having GF info on what is/isnt. The Calypso Chicken salad I had with two sides was not only flavorless but poorer than what you would find in processed salad aisles in mid grade grocerer. only item I finished was the tortilla chips.

in fairness to the owner/manager who processed my payment when she asked how my meal was and I told her she refused to charge me for the meal which says alot about their concern for putting out a quality product. for that I may try them again (just won't order that salad again).

The wait staff was very knowledgeable with the ingredients that include gluten. They also have a website with allergy lists.

They don't have a dedicated GF menu. However, they do have options. Their black bean salad is truly amazing!!
