Review of Cambridge Brewing Company

I just ate here for the first time and they have a dedicated gluten free beer selection (which is better than most places that just have one seltzer or cider). I asked the waiter if the veggie burger was gluten free and he pulled out a list of every menu item with each item’s ingredient list that marked which items contained allergens. It seemed very extensive and I was impressed. They don’t have a dedicated menu/info on the menu/dedicated fryers/etc but the staff appeared very knowledgeable and accommodating. My food was good and I had no negative reaction to what I ate. I would eat here again.
