Waitress was VERY knowledgeable and checked ingredients more than once for me! She explained the difference between sauces and why some meats are safe and others are not. BBQ IS gluten free and the sauce on the table is as well! Got the BBQ, green beans, and collard greens!

Literally nothing worth getting. Anything smoked has gluten and all sauces have gluten.

They have changed their sauces. No GF options other than smoked turkey or salads. BBQ is no longer GF

Ribs were amazing.

No allergen menu, hostess was clueless when I called. Server had to check ingredients a couple times, but was willing to verify with the kitchen.

I was told all the smoked meats were gf, and the sauce is gf. Nothing fried as it’s a shared fryer. So the only ok sides were mashed potatoes (what we got-super yummy and buttery), and (she thinks) collard greens, coleslaw, baked beans, and potato salad.

They have an allergen menu online my son got bbq and greens Anything fried is not gf. Kitchen staff was knowledgeable but the girl working cash register was not. He has felt fine this morning so I will consider is celiac safe no issues since he ate last night.
