NOT SAFE for celiacs. They claim they're fryer uses a special oil that "cooks off the gluten" and they do not prepare the pizza without cross contact. Not safe if you are Celiac

While they don’t have a dedicated fryer, they have a dedicated oven to cook their GF pizzas, and it’s DELICIOUS!! Highly recommend.

I love the gluten free pizza here; the crust is delicious and I’ve eaten here many times without getting sick.

If you forgot what crispy, thin crust tastes like, go to Camille’s! Their GF crust is by far the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve been GF for 12 years and tried pizza wherever I’ve traveled). The margherita is amazing. My 19 year old son, who is also GF, loves the spicy roni.
