It took 20 minutes for them to find someone who could answer my questions. I ended up with a plain salad (no dressing) because I didn’t trust anything else.

They bring out a notebook and tell you most of the stuff in the book is not even offered any more. They are not legally allowed to make suggestions. A hamburger patty and corn were basically all of my options.

Excellent experience. Celiac knowledgeable. Went out of their way to walk me through options for my son, and came out several times to update me on how his food was being prepared. He opted for a cheeseburger no bun, that they baked separately in a clean pan. They provided GF tortilla chips, and even showed me the ingredients and box so I could feel confident these weren't cross contaminated. The GF entree was brought out separately & they wore clean gloves to ensure no cc. They offered to run to one of their snack bars & get him chips or something else since the fries weren't GF, but he opted for the tortilla chips. Their potatoes could also have been cooked separately to be GF. Also they offered to cook grilled fingers (instead of fried breaded fingers). They definitely knew their gluten free options and how to accommodate celiac and cross contamination. Ask for Elizabeth - she happened to be on duty and we learned was responsible for all food allergy issues for the park.
