Hashimoto's

There are gluten free buns you can ask for, and they'll ask if you want it toasted on the same grill as other buns or heated in the microwave. That's the only thing they ask, though, and I got no indication on whether anything else I ordered was maybe not gluten free or could be cross contaminated. I really can't vouch for this place for celiacs, if I were celiac I wouldn't trust eating here at all. I assume anytime I eat here that I am getting cross contaminated food. As somebody with Hashimoto's, I make sure I take a gluten digestive enzyme before I eat anything from here and so far I've still had gluten related symptoms about half of the time afterwards, so I really make sure I don't go here often. The quality of their food is a couple steps above that of a fast food place, but still has a fast food vibe, so it really scratches that itch if you have it.

They do have gluten free buns for $2.50, cross contamination if heated on the grill or you can have them microwave it.

Some employees said fries are the only possible celiac safe option & they could try their best. Others said nothing is celiac safe. Tried fries & got extremely ill. They were kind enough to check the ranch & fry sauce & informed GF. Told they have a separate fryer for fries. If not celiac their food is great for fast food & shakes are amazing! We miss being able to have them!

Gluten free fries but that’s about it. Asked if they could clean the milkshake machine like they had in the past, it wasn’t busy, they flat out told me no that it wasn’t something they could do. Even though I know they could, I have learned not to argue when people don’t think they can do it gluten free it’s not worth trying to cute and paste a solution.

We went way off the freeway to eat here due to the ratings. The staff knew about Celiacs but did not guarantee anything. I chose to order very carefully.....I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce wrap and fries....I did not get cross contaminated but my daughter chose to get a shake and got very very sick...so buyer beware with this place!! I would not go here again as the food was subpar!!

Burgers made with gluten free buns from Jennie Mae's (out of Yakima?). Buns were more similar (read:less dry and crumbly) to gluten buns. Very pleased. French fries advertised as gluten free and cooked in dedicated fryer.
