The staff was very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have a gluten free menu that includes bunless burgers, potatoes, breakfast items, chicken, salads , nachos and more. Friday evenings they have crab legs , lobster that is part of the buffet. I avoided the rest of the buffet but the crab legs and lobster were safe and worth it!
