We found out about this restaurant after a friend repaired a piece of kitchen equipment and told us how clean the kitchen is. The server informed us that the chips are fried in their own fryer. He was able to answer my questions with his knowledge of ingredients although I'm not sure he really knew what gluten is. He checked with the kitchen and his boss to make sure the rice is gluten free. I ordered queso and the fajita lunch special with rice and beans and corn tortillas. The corn tortillas were a little more authentic than my liking but everything else was great.
