Food is delicious each time I’ve gone (pre and post diagnosis). There’s only 3-4 things on the menu that contain gluten which makes it easy to choose.
However, there is not a dedicated fryer. I learned that the hard way and got glutened. Be very clear to your server you cannot have anything fried on your dish(es).
