Review of Canteen Bar & Grill

I had the salmon without Orzo subbed Sautéed Brussels Sprouts here and it was really good! The sauce was delicious. The waitress was also gluten free and was knowledgeable. If Cross Contamination is a concern for you, please be very vigilant, I did find a piece of Orzo stuck to my salmon. I have eaten here before with advanced notice and called ahead, they have a dedicated allergen chef who will come out and tell you exactly how to order each item. I don’t think they were working last night though.
