They have a lot of GF options and the kitchen is very careful about cross contamination. However the service was really, really bad. could have just been a 1 time thing...

I've eaten here twice and had a great experience both times. The staff is knowledgeable about cross contamination and very accommodating. The food is a little more upscale than your standard Mexican, but the prices are still reasonable and the food is great! I could make a meal off the chips and salsa alone. Plus, they have plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful staff about x contamination from server to chef to manager. Food is outstanding! Fresh and flavorful. Their motto is upscale Mexican but prices are very reasonable. You'll find everything from appetizers to dessert available as GF. They'll even create GF options if you ask.

Excellent spot for some Mexican. Service wasn't great but food made up for it, they had corn taco shells. They marked the normal menu with items that could be made gf.

Just went here over the weekend and had a great experience! The chips and salsa are so delicious. I don't eat meat, and I usually end up with the same meal at most Mexican restaurants (veggie fajitas). But they have a gf and vegetarian item on their menu and it was amazing! Loved that I could get something different, and that everything on the menu was labeled whether it was gf or not.

Confusion with table sitting and they took total responsibility with a half off bill...food is fantastic and Celiac safe

We ordered chicken fajitas to go, we didn't get any cheese or lettuce to put on the fajitas. Also the fajitas weren't cooks like the normal fajita you expect the chicken looked like the kind of chicken you would put on a salad. I didn't get sick but I don't think we will be back, disappointed after the great reviews.

I HIGHLY recommend Cantina Laredo! I have never been treated so well I am not only gluten free but dairy and soy as well. The Manager (Jason) personally came to our table to ask what I was interested in so I told him something with chicken. He personally made my meal they made sure to clean the grill and the sautée pans they would use to make my meal. It was out of this world delicious shrimp stuffed chicken with spinach and tomatillo sauce with a side of asparagus. Also had an amazing waiter named Gavin. If you are in Nashville and looking for Mexican Cantina Laredo is definitely the place to go!!

Very good chips and enchiladas. I'm Celiac and quite sensitive. Was a great meal and staff were knowledgeable. Need to update menus as there are more GF options than show!

Love that the chips were gluten-free. The server was very friendly and helpful. Even the kitchen manager came to the table and was very nice. The ahi tuna tacos with guacamole on the side was fantastic and the flan was really good too. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic Ahi Fish Taco appetizer comes with guacamole on the side and pickled onions. Service was efficient, timely, and friendly for our lunch. All gf items on Monday marked with grey triangle on the menu. Gf flan dessert and mango chicken excellent as well.

The brunch was fair. Took over 20 minutes to get our entree. The food was burnt and the entree was not complete. They forgot the poached egg with the brunch meal. They were knowledgeable on gluten free however. Was able to eat the gluten free beef fajitas.

My food was amazing. I was surprised that the chips were gluten free. I was happy to enjoy chips and salsa with my guest. The salsa tasted very fresh and authentic. I ordered the sea bass which was recommended by the waiter. It did not disappoint.

Gourmet Mexican food. Great server and amazing ceviche (best in the States). Everything was fresh and the outdoor dining environment was great. Definitely the best place eaten so far in Nashville.

Several gf options here and the staff was knowledgeable and even double checked that the chips were fried in a dedicated fryer. Good margaritas too!

The chips and salsa were very good. The salsa are made fresh daily. The chips were cooked separate from any gluten. We had the avocado, artichoke enchiladas that were really yummy. I would have given 5 stars but the waiter was just ok. He did double check that the food I was ordering was gf and no cross contamination. The flan dessert was not good.

Very good GF options, pretty tasty food and they said only corn went in the fryer, so I could have chips. a bit pricey, but one of the best GF places I have found downtown. Will eat here again.

shrimp tacos are amazing

Great food and options. My two kids and I are all GF, and had no issues following our meal. Their menu I felt could have been more clear, but otherwise awesome! We love being able to eat chips and salsa at a restaurant. We all had chicken fajitas, but they were amazing. Would definitely recommend to others.

Things were labeled GF on menu. It was busy, but we had great service. They were patient with us asking questions and requesting certain food preparation precautions. My daughter was so happy to have GF chips that were in a dedicated fryer. She ordered the chicken fajitas with corn tortillas.
