C’était très rassurant de rentrer et voir tous ces choix sans gluten! Le grill-cheese au poulet était délicieux avec option fauxmage. Il y avait aussi une multitude de desserts frais. Le propriétaire est vraiment sympathique. Il prend le temps de tout expliquer.

I have found my new favourite gluten-free spot in Montréal. ☺

Wonderful, friendly service. Given tasters of many different breads they make on site. So many options to choose from.

Today I went to explore and for take-out but I will definitely return for a meal another day. They post a weekly menu on Instagram.

This is my new favorite restaurant in Montréal. The staff is so welcoming and the food was amazing! The pastries were delicious and their brioche was the best I’ve EVER had. Need to go back soon to try more of their dishes!!!

I was visiting from New York and made sure to try Cantine Panella after discovering them on Instagram. This place was definitely a highlight of my trip. The owners, Alessandra and Benjamin, are so kind and welcoming. I have celiac disease and was very excited to be able to eat everything in this restaurant... And drink a GF beer! We ordered many more dishes than we could finish and took a sandwich and desserts to go. Everything we ate was delicious and we will definitely be back.

P.S. Conveniently located just a short walk from the Metro.

Excellent restaurant et boulangerie sans gluten. Le personnel est super accueillant, l'endroit est très chaleureux et absolument tout sur le menu est délicieux. Gros coup de coeur pour le pain Paléo et les pâtes fraiches. Vraiment c'est un must, à essayer absolument!

TOUT est sans gluten. J'y ai goûté les meilleurs pains sans gluten de ma vie ! Un pur délice. Leur roulé choco-noisette est une tuerie !!! J'ai vraiment très hâte d'y retourner pour goûter leurs plats... Le service est fantastique aussi : explications sur les pains et dégustation par le proprio. Un énorme coup de coeur pour cette place.

The most amazing bread EVER! So soft and delicious! Loved the opportunity to taste each type in order to make a decision. Very difficult to narrow down. Quiche was also delicious. I look forward to going back to try other items.

New Bakery, Prêt-à-manger entirely without gluten ! Pizza, quiche, sandwiches, fresh pasta and raviolis, muffins, cookies and organic wines and ciders When I went there, they had 6 different breads. No way you could guess they were without gluten: elasticity and alveols and nutritive flours I had never tasted in bread before. Highly recommended!
