I called and spoke with a manager who said they clean off the kitchen space and use separate sauce, toppings, and utensils. There isn't a dedicated oven, but they rarely use the one they put the gluten free pizzas in. I forgot to ask if there was a mat or anything they place the pizza on while it's in the oven. And the pizza is seriously delicious!!! The crust was perfect, and the toppings were so fresh and perfect - sausage, banana peppers, mushrooms, onions. Tasted perfect! Since I'm not positive on the baking situation, I gave it 4 stars, but for taste and other precautions made, I give it a 5!
