The staff notified me that the Alfredo sauce is not gluten free after I had ordered online and let me change my order. The box was labeled gluten free but like most pizza places, probably not super safe when it comes to cross contamination. However I did not have a reaction to it and the pizza was a decent size for a gluten free crust and it was delicious!

Gluten free pizza often very small and has a really thin crust. This pizza was a decent size and had a nice crust. Very filling.

I work here at Moab canyon pizza co., and we do have gluten free crust that is made from cauliflower, but we don’t have a separate kitchen or oven for people with celiac unfortunately— so it does have cross contamination. And with the dairy free option, you can ask for no cheese if wanted.
And as for restaurants in Moab that are celiac friendly approved, there are none as of December 2023 sadly.

Gluten free pizza dough an option on all pizza varieties, and the chose your own toppings option. Can't comment on cross contamination as didn't see them cooking, but box was labelled Gluten Free.
