GF not on the menu (as far as I could see) but I asked the server and she said they can do it. According to my receipt it cost €1.50 for GF bread, and they didn’t cut the sandwich in half to reduce cross contamination. There are lots of options for the sandwiches/toasties so maybe it was my fault for getting a fairly basic one (ham, mozzarella & salad) but I didn’t think it was that great, not worth the price (€7.40 including the GF cost). Still quick and probably healthier than a McDonalds or similar!!

They have gluten-free bread. The cashier told me that they can’t guarantee that there is no cross contamination, but all the counters are cleaned, they use new gloves and the oven is cleaned before heating the sandwich

Really good little place serving a range of toasted sandwiches on GF bread. The GF toasties are toasted in toaster paper and uncut to reduce cc. Very tasty option for lunch in Bergamo

Delicious avocado toast sandwich which was huge! They toast gluten free bread separately from other breads.
